Glass Cold display Unit

With its clean and compact design, the VFR • Ice Gel line keeps products cold at approximately 12°C, as long as it is in contact with the stainless steel surface. Suitable for cakes, sweets, pies, chocolates, muffins, donuts, cupcakes and other desserts that do not require refrigeration.

  Structure made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel profile; shelves with stainless steel folds; side windows with screen printing, heat-treated (not loose with temperature); with all tempered glass. Comes with 2 sets of ice gel*.
  (*) One set of ice gel is used while the other is being frozen. The ice gel maintains an internal temperature of approximately 12°C for +/- 6 hours, depending on the ambient temperature.
